What You Need to Qualify for VNA Home Health
To find out if you qualify for home health services from Visiting Nurse Association (VNA), ask yourself the following questions:
- Will my physician order home health for me if s/he hasn't already?
- Do I have a medical need for skilled nursing or rehabilitation therapy services?
- Do I need care on an intermittent basis only (not daily)?
- Am I considered homebound?
If you answered yes to all four questions, you qualify for home health, then VNA's experience makes us the right choice for you.
