Occupational Therapist

Responsible for evaluation, planning and implementation of intermittent adult care visits. Assist and educate patients and families to live more successfully in the comfort of the home setting. This individual will work as a member of a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient daily functions, and prevention of injury or illness. Experience: autonomy, preceptor orientation, laptop documentation and per visit pay – mileage reimbursement. Bachelor’s Degree required, minimum of 2 years experience preferred, home health experience a plus. MO/KS profession license and CPR required.

Home Health Aide

Part-time Monday thru Friday 8am to 12pm. Adult in-home person care. Must have reliable transportation. High school diploma or GED preferred. Kansas CNA required. 90 days upon hire, Kansas Home Health Aide course completion of 20 hours classroom and 20 hours supervision required. Current CPR. 2 years experience preferred.

Monday thru Friday days -float position. One weekend per month. Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, BSN preferred. 1 year of recent acute care, prefer strong IV, wound care or home health experience. Current MO/KS nursing license and CPR required. In-home laptop documentation required.

Registered Nurse - After Hours

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, BSN preferred. 1 year of recent acute care, prefer strong IV, wound care or home health experience. Current MO/KS nursing license and CPR required. In-home patient visits 3 shifts rotation beginning at 4pm (10 hour shift- most visits conclude by 11pm) and 1 shift phone crisis triage coverage till 8am. Coverage 4 shift rotation Monday – Sunday.
