Clinical Manager Assistant	FT 80pp	Days	Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, BSN preferred or degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy.  3 years of recent acute care, med/surg, prefer home health experience.  Current MO/KS nursing license and CPR required.  Must be computer literate. In conjunction with the manager, plans, coordinates, evaluates and supervises the delivery of patient care services.  Harrisonville Branch Office location.
RN - Weekend Option	FT 72pp	Days Sat-Sun 12 hours	Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, BSN preferred. 1 year of recent acute care experience required, prefer home health.  Current MO/KS nursing license and CPR required.  Must be computer literate. Work a 24 hour weekend and get paid for 36 hour weekend.
RN Case Manager	FT 80pp	Days	Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, BSN preferred. 1 year of recent acute care experience required, prefer home health.  Current MO/KS nursing license and CPR required.  Must be computer literate.  In-home 1:1 in home patient education and clinical case management.   South KC and JoCo/Olathe.
Physical Therapist	FT/PT	Days	Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.  Minimum of 2 years experience, prefer home health.  MO/KS professional license and current CPR required. Must be computer literate. Kansas City Metro area or Harrisonville Branch Office.
Speech Pathologist	PRN as needed	Days	Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology Program.  Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, prefer home health. MO/KS professional license and CPR required.  Must be computer literate.
